The Team

The studio behind every book, who carry each story from handwritten pages to a finished book, in print and in voice.

Sharyn Elizabeth Turner Larson (1945–2025) was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and editor. Born in Wilmington, North Carolina, she earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Library Science from Florida State University (Go Noles!), then married the love of her life, Gerald “Jerry” Larson; together for over 50 years, they raised a family in Plano, where she taught Sunday School and Bible study for many years.

Sharyn was the driving force behind preserving her father, Richard W. Turner Sr.’s wartime and spiritual writings. As editor of Third Chance, Revelation ---at last, and Stories from The Hump, she transcribed handwritten drafts, pored over punctuation and phrasing, and faithfully shepherded his voice onto the printed page. Their collaboration, marked by deep love and the occasional (ok, frequent) editorial debate, became a shared legacy, honoring his military service and the strength of their father-daughter bond.

Ashlin S. Larson is the Editor for Coroin Books, working across every title to get manuscripts from first draft to final copy. She’s the person responsible for making sure each book is clean, consistent, and ready to publish, especially when an author’s drafts start out informal and need real tightening.

Ashlin also narrates the audiobook editions, shaping each title from page to voice.

Kiera Larson is the Managing Editor at Coroin Books, the one who keeps every project moving from manuscript to finished book. She coordinates editors, authors, and deadlines in equal measure, turning a team of creatives into a press that actually ships.

Put simply: without her, our books would still be brilliant drafts on someone’s desk.
